I picked up my new car today. Tahir was very friendly. I didn't feel pressured. Me and my friend went out to test drive the car by ourselves. Tahir sorted a new MOT out for me on the car and got it cleaned again before me picking up the car. The car is lovely to drive and I'm very happy. I would recommend this dealership to others. Bought a BMW with them & part exchanged my MX-5 as part of the deal. Tahir - the sales guy was extremely efficient and helpful - as you will see. After all the deals were done I drove back to home, only on closer inspection to discover that there was no sound at all with the sound system and that for some reason the digital clock would not reset to the correct time. I spoke to Tahir - arranged to return the car for repair & have a courtesy car whilst it was being fixed. All done, fully sorted & BMW back in a couple of days. The mark I believe of a good garage is that when a problem arises it is fixed with minimal fuss & good customer service. So overall I was very happy & would recommend them & especially Tahir as an excellent representative of the Superstore.

I bought a mazda last week from this dealer their service was fantastic . They do not put any pressure on you to take a decision. Tahir was friendly and straightforward. He knows about the car he is selling if you ask any question they will answer for you I have been to some other big dealers where the sales person has very limited knowledge of the car they are selling . Great Experience Buying My First Car
Just passed my driving test and was looking for a car that would suit me. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but they had a wide selection to browse through. No pressure to buy at all, just had a great chat and a good laugh with the guy working there. Really appreciated the friendly vibe and the helpful advice. Great value for money too. Definitely recommend!

The bright, spacious showroom made browsing a real pleasure, especially with all cars kept undercover and protected from the elements "” it really adds a premium feel to the place. All of the cars were competitively priced and in great condition, which made the buying process much easier.

Communication throughout was excellent, and I have to give a special mention to Tahir, who was a real pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy "” just genuinely helpful and professional from start to finish. Outstanding service. A great selection of cars and a very soft sell approach. All of the cars are inside a large industrial unit, so they're immaculately clean and easy to inspect.
